Because our work involves custom-built software, code, and professional consulting, refunds are generally not issued once a project has started or services have been delivered. However, exceptions may apply under the conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- The project has not yet started and no work has been performed.
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of initial payment.
- We are unable to complete the project due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- There is a mutual agreement to terminate the project and refund part of the unused service balance.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after significant work has already begun
- Delays caused by client’s lack of communication, incomplete feedback, or missed milestones
- Project cancellation after delivery of code, documentation, or development assets
- Third-party service costs or software licenses already purchased on your behalf
- Subscription-based or retainer plans after the monthly cycle has started
4. Disputed Payments
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to investigate and resolve the issue in good faith.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are returned via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
